Our investigators have extensive experience and training in the private investigation industry, including backgrounds in law enforcement. They also receive ongoing training to stay up-to-date on the latest state laws, ethics, techniques and technologies in the field. We are a fully licensed and insured investigative agency in the State of Louisiana.   

Frank Vitrano, the owner and director of operations, is presently a Licensed and Insured Private Investigator in the State of Louisiana. He was previously actively involved in private investigations as an agency owner from 1994/95 to 2015 on a full time basis. 

From 2016 to 2022, Mr. Vitrano closed his investigative agency and joined the New Orleans Police Department and advanced through the ranks from patrolman/task force detective to the special operations division under the special weapons and tactics division where he served in several specialized units pertaining to street crimes and worked with additional specialized units including state and federal law-enforcement agencies related to criminal investigations. Early 2022, Mr. Vitrano separated from the New Orleans Police Department in good standing and established Analytical Service, LLC. 

Mr. Vitrano’s work related experience varies with a particular interest in background investigations and covert surveillance investigations that are related to any sort of need to know situations whether they are related to litigated or potentially litigated lawsuits, criminal activity cases and/or domestic related cases. Mr. Vitrano has substantial experience with those types of cases including in person interviews and statements and has testified accordingly in a court of law on numerous occasions.

Mr. Vitrano is a sole operator of Analytical Services, LLC and does not utilize the services of sub-contract labor; therefore he conducts each and every investigation himself from the inception to the submission of the established/discovered facts. In turn, the client receives a consistent product and is fully informed of the investigative results pertaining to their case.

Analytical Services, LLC specializes in a wide range of cases consisting of covert and overt surve
illance. We conduct background investigations by locating records and reports within the proper jurisdictions of interest.  We also conduct business and insurance fraud investigations pertaining to worker's compensation and motor vehicle accidents claims. Our location services cover open source intelligence, witness location, interviews, missing persons investigations, missing and stolen goods investigations. Our support services cover proprietary investigative database research, service of process, scene photography and video documentation along with audio, video and typed statements with transcription services.
